the poor receive medicaid, so they also receive guaranteed healthcare, but maybe of a lesser quality than the rich receive

the people stuck in the middle are the ones who do not receive adequate healthcare without going bankrupt in the process, health insurance premiums keep sky rocketing, yet the coverage is at best, hit and miss, meaning you still have to pay large sums out of pocket for needed healthcare even if you have insurance
