A surprise witness, a former Venezuelan election official, has submitted sworn testimony confirming that Smartmatic software used to rig elections in Venezuela is structurally similar to Dominion software used in Colorado and across the U.S.
The witness, who oversaw Smartmatic operations from 2003 to 2016, testified that Dominion’s software contains the same encryption flaws, plaintext passwords, and exposed source code he used to rig votes.
He stated U.S. elections are “not secure” and that the Mesa County forensic image preserved by Tina Peters contains the very vulnerabilities he exploited to inject false votes in Venezuela.
He further revealed that former Smartmatic engineers now oversee Dominion’s U.S. operations, including in Texas, and that Communist regimes like Venezuela, Cuba, and China are connected to the components and architecture of our voting systems.
