drink more water, go walk again (someplace different, maybe breathe deeper and walk slowly), find a way to get more probiotics in your system (yogurt, fermented foods)…if you’re able to eat meat (B12 helps the gut)…feed the gut food that feeds the brain (gut-brain axis)

get in some sunshine at least 15 mins, 1 hour is best…vitamin D heals almost everything
