I was wondering why did Guccifer 2 come forward originally and say it was him/them, then Bill Binney come forward after analysing their data and say it was impossible.
Yeah definitely, but I just dont get why Guccifer 2 originally said they did it. Was it so they could get the data looked at? I cant figure it out.
