I don't know the answer to this re: official position. It seems to be that our time system should be aligned with the compiler sites (qanon.pub etc.). Why would they not be? I'm still looking through dough to find answer

Pic shows that we continue graphics in EST even when reg time goes to daylight savings, but I think the main sticking point is this:

Q Clock Has To Stay Standard Time

for clockfags, otherwise alignments are off.

So I think we should use EST for Q drops, I just can't say whether that's official policy.
