This was huge. From what I understand, the clowns developed a hacking capability in an attempt to rival the NSA. Only their best tools, including stuff that can be used to frame the notorious "Russian hackers" (or really anyone else) for the hack were leaked to the Israelis (wink wink) and got out of the clowns' control. JA revealed the leak in Vault 7.
Blatantly obvious theory: the clowns used the Vault 7 tools to mask the leak of the DNC and Podestas emails, framing "Guccifer 2.0" (actually the clown op to start the "Russian hackers" narrative and justify going after POTUS in the Mueller SC) for Seth Rich's leak to JA. Since the FBI took CrowdStrike's word for it, didn't examine the servers, and had no "official" knowledge of the clowns Vault 7 tools, they had plausible deniability for believing what CrowdStrike told them.
