I think the truck was hiding in the trees next to the track and pulled out as the train was coming around the corner… drone picked it up but it was late notice for the train… slowed down but still hit.

A replacement facility the size of the Greenbrier meant specifically for congress was never built. There are other COG facilities that are active, but they are for the top levels of Gov. My bet is that in case of a real emergency that is where non-COG members of congress would go.
