They all still have to go to work, they just won't get paid till the shutdown is over. Lived it, spouse still lives it. They may throttle back some duties but again, anyone performing a military, law enforcement or Social Security function is still required to show up for work.

He does more than that, you see a projectile fly past the protection in sunglasses and black shirt. This projectile would have struck Charlie in the back of the neck and exited, wait for it… Out the left side of his neck.
What's noticeable is there are way to many objects perfectly timed and visible at this point to at a minimum conclude that security agency get's an "F". We have multiple drones, shooters, known patsies, etc.
