I have no Sauce for this, just a guess from lots of prior experience,
Even though she might still carry a poisonpill in her own World View (unaware of the Voltage Differential?), she IS noticing the fast expanding universe of complete bs in the Scientific Papers being published in floods by her former co-workers.
It's a step in the good direction.
