Aircraft tends to want to nose down, this is a direct result of mounting the wings to far forward. Uaing the autopilot and flight control surfaces they are able to make it fly level. This is why they want to redesign it. They are smoking too much weed on break.
Im just following simple physics, whoever approved the max is an idiot. Then again to redesign another prototype after testing cost 100s of millions. This is likely what happened, but they didnt want to pay. They paid alright in fines and lawsuits. Should have just developed another prototype. Cost less money and safer
