We now know that 274 FBI agents were undercover in the crowd on January 6, 2021.

Chris Wray lied to the American public. He set up the good American patriots who attended January 6th protest and then sat silent as the Biden DOJ ruined their lives.

A Christian couple from Woburn, Massachusetts has been stripped of their foster care license after refusing to sign a state-mandated policy that forces parents to “affirm” a child’s LGBTQIA+ identity, regardless of their own deeply held religious beliefs.

According to CBS News, Lydia and Heath Marvin, parents of three teenagers, have opened their home to eight foster children under the age of four since 2020, including a medically fragile infant who lived with them for 15 months.

The couple says their Christian faith drives their calling to care for the fatherless.

“Our Christian faith, it really drives us toward that. James says that true undefiled religion is to care for the fatherless,” Heath told CBS News.

But in April, Massachusetts’ Department of Children and Families (DCF) revoked the Marvins’ foster license after they refused to sign the agency’s LGBTQIA+ Non-Discrimination Policy.

The policy, introduced in 2022, requires foster parents to “affirm” a child’s claimed gender identity, use their chosen pronouns, and support gender-neutral practices in clothing and behavior, mandates the Marvins say they could not in good conscience endorse.

“We asked, is there any sort of accommodation, can you waive this at all? We will absolutely love and support and care for any child in our home but we simply can’t agree to go against our Christian faith in this area. And, were ultimately told you must sign the form as is or you will be delicensed,” Lydia said.

Their appeal was denied, and now, the couple is considering the next legal steps. Two other Christian foster families have joined a federal lawsuit against DCF filed by the Massachusetts Family Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom.

Dutch Govt Suddenly Seizes Control Of China-Owned Chip Maker

As Trump cranks up (and then walks back) rhetoric towards China, the Dutch government just turned up the Beijing-baiting amplifier to '11'.

In a sudden and quite chocking move, The FT reports that the Dutch government has taken control of Chinese-owned semiconductor maker Nexperia, warning of risks to Europe’s economic security after alleging “serious governance shortcomings” at the company.

Nexperia, the European semiconductor unit of China’s Wingtech Technology Co. is a key supplier to the automotive and consumer electronics industries. The Sept. 30 court order invoked the Goods Availability Act for the first time, a piece of legislation enacted more than 70 years ago to ensure access to critical products in emergencies.

“The decision aims to prevent a situation in which the goods produced by Nexperia would become unavailable in an emergency,” the government said in a statement late on Sunday, against a backdrop of escalating trade tensions between China and the US and its allies.

The move escalates frictions between western countries and China over access to high-end technology such as advanced semiconductors and critical raw materials.

The Netherlands should “truly adhere to market principles and refrain from politicising economic and trade issues”, said spokesperson Lin Jian.

On Thursday, China placed sweeping restrictions on the exports of rare earths used in products from cars to wind turbines.

The Dutch ministry said it invoked the country’s Goods Availability Act because of “recent and acute serious governance shortcomings and actions” at Nexperia, which is based in the Netherlands and has been majority-owned by Chinese technology group Wingtech since 2019.

As one would imagine, this move was not received well by Wingtech, which called the Dutch move excessive and based on geopolitical bias. Continue…

India and Canada have agreed to revive ties that came under severe strain during the tenure of former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

On Monday, the two countries said they had “reached consensus on a new roadmap” for bilateral relations, after talks between their foreign ministers in New Delhi.

During their discussions, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and his Canadian counterpart, Anita Anand, said they were committed to rebuilding trust and strengthening bilateral relations across multiple sectors.

“In keeping with the priorities that the prime ministers of India and Canada had set out for bringing momentum to the relationship, both sides, based on mutual respect for shared democratic values, the rule of law, and a commitment to upholding the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity, reached consensus on a new roadmap for India-Canada relations,” the countries said in a joint statement. Carney left Canada on the afternoon of Oct. 12 to head to Egypt, where he is expected to join leaders from more than 20 countries in the Red Sea City of Sharm El-Sheikh, where Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi says he will co-chair a “peace summit.”

Government leaders will be represented from across the Middle East, as well as France, Germany, and the U.K.

Carney’s Oct. 12 itinerary was updated roughly three hours before his plane was set to depart, saying he would be heading to Egypt to “attend the signing of a Middle East peace plan,” an event that will be closed to the media. More than 153,000 people experienced harm that was potentially preventable while hospitalized in Canada in 2024–25, according to a recent study.

Of those who were harmed while hospitalized, one out of 4 experienced multiple harmful events, according to data published by the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) on Sept. 25.

“Hospitals are generally safe, but sometimes harmful events happen that affect patients,” the CIHI said. “Many of these events are preventable.”

The types of unintended harm experienced by Canadians in hospitals include medication-related errors, infections incurred during hospital stay, patient accidents such as falls or burns, as well as conditions that result from medical procedures or devices, the organization said.

The study is based on 2.6 million hospital stays during the last fiscal year across the country, excluding data from Quebec and for some mental health patients. The CIHI says the incidents could have potentially been prevented by implementing “evidence-informed practices.”

Based on the number of events that occurred in acute care hospitals last year, the top six harmful events were electrolyte and fluid imbalance, urinary tract infections, delirium, pneumonia, aspiration pneumonitis, and post-procedural infections. Continue…

“I’m glad you upgraded me to President,” Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said to Trump in an exchange caught on a hot mic.

President Trump was referring to his previous statements mocking Justin Trudeau as the ‘governor’ of the ‘great state of Canada.’

“It was a pleasure to have dinner the other night with Governor Justin Trudeau of the Great State of Canada,” President Trump wrote on his Truth Social last year.
