Yes way. That video literally shows excessive force, which is ALSO deprivation of rights under color of law.

Also the wearing of masks and refusing to identify to the public is a violation of the peoples right to identify public servants, unenumerated but VERY well established in before any of us were born, and in case you missed this, the 9th amendment says it doesn't have to be enumerated.

Read your bible, the servants were meant to work in the garden their master planted, not take it over and hide from their master in shame.

SCOTUS have REPEATEDLY violated the US constitution.

There's a reason I say all law enforcement are domestic enemies. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot produce good fruit. It's not some individual apples, it's the orchard ITSELF. There are "good people" in LE, there is no good LE because they CAN'T be. To do their job following orders of the court IS to violate the US constitution.

Not with excessive force, and they don't have a right to assault reporters. They also don't have the right to hide their identity from the public, as refusing to identify to the public IS deprivation of rights.

Yes, I do. You just don't like reality.

No one in the US military today was drafted. They sold themselves like prostitutes to government, and CHOSE to bind themselves in chains, a chain of command.

Some knew when they joined they may have to break those chains to stand for freedom and the people, others couldn't break those chains if every life on the planet depended on it. They're simply order followers, serving a lawless government violating the constitution they swore an oath to protect.

Excessive force IS deprivation of rights under color of law. This is not just my opinion this has been well established.

Also the right to Identify public servants was well established in law long before you or I were born, and now they violate it claiming it's unenumerated, "conveniently" ignoring the 9th amendment.

Remember that "Marker [9]"?

Government violates the constitution and the peoples rights every day. Just look at gun control and roadside civil asset forfeiture.

I will never understand why people think government has authority to decide when they can violate the constitution.

>When duty calls

Duty has BEEN calling for those who swore the oath.No one wants to do their duty.

The constitution is being BLATANTLY violated EVERY DAY.

>When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said to Jesus, โ€œBlessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God.โ€

>Jesus replied: โ€œA certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, โ€˜Come, for everything is now ready.โ€™

>โ€œBut they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, โ€˜I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.โ€™

>โ€œAnother said, โ€˜I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and Iโ€™m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.โ€™

>โ€œStill another said, โ€˜I just got married, so I canโ€™t come.โ€™

>โ€œ23 The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, โ€˜Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.โ€™

>โ€œโ€˜Sir,โ€™ the servant said, โ€˜what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.โ€™

โ€œThen the master told his servant, โ€˜Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.โ€™โ€

Did you know justice is parable as a banquet? What was Q's password, something about nowcomesthepain23

Democracy is not liberty, it is mob rule. Many CLAIM to love liberty, they even think they do, but they hate it with an absolute passion. If they like/agree with it, everyone should be "free" to do it, but if they don't like/agree with it, it should be illegal! Many call that liberty, but it's FAR from it.

Our constitution protects individual liberties from the majority, or at least it's supposed to but they just choose to ignore it and call us a democracy.

I know you're full of lies and already threatened violence.

Enjoy your trial then.
