For the fourth day, the GenZ 212 movement continued its actions in #Morocco as police escalated their crackdown across various cities. In response, protesters set several security vehicles on fire. Carrying the slogan “Moroccan Youth Voice's protest,” the movement has issued a new demand: to topple the current government and have the king appoint a new one. The movement aims to address key issues such as improving education and healthcare and tackling corruption and unemployment.

Although the authorities have not announced how many activists have been arrested since the protests began last Saturday, Amnesty International has urged the Moroccan government to respect the right to protest and release all detainees. The organization has also urged the authorities to address the protesters' legitimate demands and avoid excessive or unlawful use of force.
