NO, he physically cranks something that releases a projectile which is visible when it passes the security guard in the black shirt. He is the only shot that would pass through CK's neck from the right, to the left and exit exactly where it did.
At this point, based off all the evidence, that guy in the white shirt is the #1 suspect. All other conjectures lack the key aspects of we see him raise something, he cranks it, you get to see the projectile pass right in front of the security guard, and the timing of frames would explain the exit wound.
Yup, the device would be a toy but the point of the adjoining video shooting the balloon is they can be converted to shoot real bullets.
Oh, I'm with you on the 'weirdness' and the number of perfectly timed, visible things screams "team" event. I personally don't buy into the "Charlie is alive" B.S., his hands and facial expression speak volumes to anyone who's seen a spinal injury up close. My only consolation is he was smiling on the way down and he likely didn't register WTF happened and was dead.
I'm open to the idea, I just can't rule out the white shirt guy because, in my particular case, I can see the projectile. I keep calling it a projectile because the suspected device should be a harmless toy. Also, that Ian guy w/the straight up Tom Selik porn stash asked AI the probability of seeing a bullet if filming w/an Iphone and it said 99%. Rifle round would be present in approx 2.3ish frames, pistol round 5 frames. That's why, I'm leaning more towards it being an actual bullet. If you consider the time frame between his hands moving, seeing the projectile and the wound appearing on CK's neck, it pretty much fits. It also works for the microphone theory, the projectile between his knees etc.
