Good idea, but I think ppl are secret freaks and love that weird stuff. Plus they’re lazy about canceling. I do like your idea tho.
They’ve been getting away with it because of “mn nice” and “lutheran guilt”
Part of the issue too is quotas.. VA workers (were) required at one point to work thru a certain number of claims per day or risk being put on probation, resulting in rushed looking at and missing key details.
