Minnesota BLM riots - summertime - there was a guy with an umbrella acting all weird around a bldg trying to hide.
They say the children of at risk parents need HepB (drug addicts) etc. or mother tests postive.
Now they just give it out to all the newborns even if there is no risk. That is an insane policy.
