The bible is not the word, the bible is an incomplete collection of scripture and it does NOT what you think it says.

So when did Jesus say to believe the scribes and pharisees? Was it before or after He warned to beware of their yeast? When did He say all Truth would be in one handy book for your convenience? Was it before or after He said to seek and the true gate is narrow?
The bible is an incomplete collection of scripture, nothing more. The Word is alive, the Truth and Life is inside US, that's why some can find the Truth in the scripture, understanding the parables rather than blindly believing the literal because they view the incomplete book as an authority rather than seeking the Truth.
