After I refreshed the page, the one that did not load the ad at the bottom, now my tools stay opened. The tools could be crashing and is most likely due to the tons of failed requests that it had to put into the tools window. Jury is still out, that never happened before, but is a possible reason else a very sophisticated hacker. I doubt a hacker could do that because the browser is written in C++ and the browser only recognizes JavaScript and TCL, which both run in a sandbox environment. So most likely just tools crashing due to the sheer number of errors.
