Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States sprays woman with pepper spray for verbally opposing and challenging his actions, a constitutionally protected right.

All those who swore the oath and cheer this bullshit on should be ashamed of themselves. You prop up lawlessness in your blind worship of perceived authority, except the cops don't have that authority and never did. Pepper spray is not to be used for passive resistance.

The ones LEGALLY protesting, which is thier right, are having their rights violated, such as in the video I posted earlier. That woman was pepper sprayed for a constitutionally protected right. The cop committed a federal crime. You don't care about that though right? Only if YOUR side is "winning" and THEY suffer.

Many CLAIM they love liberty, they even think they do, but they hate is with an absolute passion. What they love and want is a dictatorship, a king, that agrees with/likes and disagrees/dislikes the same things as them. If they agree/like it, everyone should be "free" to do it, but if they don't agree/like it, it should be illegal, and even if it's not people should still suffer for doing it because they say so.

Ever heard the saying "I disagree with what you say but will fight to the death for your right to say it"? That is SUPPOSED to be what this nation is about.

You want chaos, there is no law and order when law enforcement is lawless.

I don't "want chaos", I as a citizen of these United States DEMAND my constitutional freedom and I DEMAND the domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States are prosecuted for their crimes and equal justice under the law is restored to these United States.

You just admitted you wish they'd violate their rights more. You're blaming individuals whom you have ZERO proof has been there for more than even 5 minutes and saying it's ok that cop violated her rights and assaulted her, all under color of law, a federal crime.

You actually think you're NOT an enemy to the constitution? You said it youself kek

It's not a figure of speech though. You posted an a not so anonymous message board that you wish citizens rights were being violated "harder" in a conversation about a video where a citizens rights were violated for simply protesting.

There's a reason Trump is playing the tempter. It's amazing how many will expose themselves as the enemies to the constitution they are.

The cop committed A CRIME.

We the People have the RIGHT to equal protection under the law. The people have the RIGHT to see those who violate their rights and commit clear federal crimes prosecuted.

I don't have to be her lawyer to fight for her, or any of our rights.

She wasn't impeding his movement, and he is a public SERVANT, he gives up his rights while on the job for the paycheck. SHE has the right to approach and verbally challenge and protest his actions, without risking arrest or being assaulted. HE needs to either accept people have that right or find other employment because he doesn't have what it takes.

Anon, you don't seem to understand reality. Cops do NOT have all their freedoms while on the job. For instance, if I tell you to "stop talking or you're going to go to jail" I can NOT be prosecuted because it's freedom of speech. If a cop says it he just committed a federal crime.

There's a reason I say people sold themselves. Military more so, but cops are absolutely in chains as well.

False. Absolutely false. You are absolutely clueless. An officer has no authority whatsoever to tell someone to stop talking, even when in custody or during an investigation. Protected speech CAN NOT be deemed interference. This is not my opinion this is established law.

It's a blatant violation of the 1st amendment kek

The first amendment and the US Supreme Court ruling protected speech can't be interference in city of houston v hill when they invalidated a law that read

>It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.

Justice William J. Brennan Jr., who authored the Courtโ€™s 8-1 opinion, wrote that โ€œthe First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism and challenge directed at police officers.โ€

He added that the โ€œfreedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.โ€

Courts have long held the use of pepper spray for passive resistance is excessive force and a violation of the 4th amendment.

I know that the constitution protects the peoples rights FROM the president and the bootlickers who are so eager to violate rights. On this I'm quite clear.
