What’s not a country? Palestinians are like Appalachians. Yeah you have a unique culture and shared background and your own quaint ways but you live in countries or move around to them. Most Palestinians live in Jordan or Syria just like Appalachians can move around and still be Appalachian.
If Appalachians wanted their own country that’s a different issue for discussion. But a regional background and cultural identity dont constitute de facto grounds to make a new country.
