Self Sacrifice is a specialized type of Sacrifice because the differences is you vs them. It is the world's easiest thing to sacrifice others but the world's hardest thing to sacrifice yourself, because one requires nothing from you and the other requires everything that you have, including your very life. If you are to be Mighty in the Lord, then Mightily you will be tested. You do not sharpen a sword on something softer, but harder.
