This morning the neighbor to the W put chems under my car and buried some underneath his mulch between our houses. The dog got sick from something put on the E side of our lawn that caused him to collapse 7 times yesterday due to difficulty breathing. Please acquire evidence from SF or drones for the day of reconciliation. I have been patiently waiting for a very long time, refraining from putting our cause in jeopardy.
