When "protesters" are arrested outside ice facilities are they tried in federal court as foreign terrorist organization or do they go to local district courts?
For that matter any attack on ice does it go to Federal court?
A judge in Nebraska sets them free when it's in Oregon or Washington or Chicago how's that work?
Judge shopping applies to executive orders and such not local crime I would think.
