Yeah lawyers know NOTHING about the constitution. Republican lawyer long ago asked about Obama care. I told him SCOTUS ruled it was a tax and they passed the Senate version. Right there is obviously unconstitutional as ALL tax bill has to originate in the house. He seemed shocked

They lost me when they went to SCOTUS and asked that 100miles INSIDE the US boarder be excluded from the 4th amendment protection. And also beat the shit out of a Christian pastor for asserting his 4th and 5 Amendment protected right and refused unlawful search and refused to answer questions
