the way it reads could be interpreted multiple ways. the Ukraine officials mused about an apparent to them double standard in regards to the media scrutiny of alleged biden ties to corruption.
i sense that this is in comparison to some other family/politician with alleged ties to ukrainian corruption, the musing is that that other family isn't scrutinized.
