==Terminology under attack

'Veggie burgers' face grilling in EU parliament==

AFP|Update: 07.10.2025 13:41

A European Parliament proposal to reserve labels such as sausage and burger exclusively for meat products has reignited tensions between livestock producers and green advocates, with lawmakers divided over whether plant-based alternatives mislead consumers or offer clarity in a changing food landscape.

Championed by green advocates as much as mindful eaters, the days of plant-based "steaks" and "veggie burgers" may be numbered under plans up for a vote in the European Parliament on Wednesday.

Concerns over the greenhouse gas emissions from livestock farms have in recent years driven more Europeans to adopt vegetarian, vegan or plant-based diets, seen by advocates as a healthier alternative to regular meat consumption.

But many European livestock farmers and the politicians who represent them see plant-based foods that mimic meat as a threat, and one more challenge facing a troubled sector.

"It's not sausage, and it's not steak, plain and simple. Let's call a spade a spade," said Celine Imart, a right-wing EU lawmaker pushing for such terms to be banned for non-animal-based products.

"It's everyone's right to eat alternative proteins – made from plants, laboratories, tofu or insect flour," said Imart, who besides her work in parliament farms cereals on the side.

"But calling it 'meat' is misleading for the consumer," she told AFP.

If the proposal up for debate Tuesday in Strasbourg, followed by a vote on Wednesday, becomes law, a long list of labels, including "sausage" and "burger", would be reserved for foods containing meat.

That prospect is still some way off.

Even if parliament backs the proposal, it still needs to be negotiated with the EU's 27 member states.

France's livestock and meat industry body, Interbev, strongly backs the push.

"We refuse to let plant proteins appropriate meat names for marketing purposes," the group's head, Jean-Francois Guihard, told AFP, saying such terms "weaken recognition for raw, 100 percent natural products".

"Without clear safeguards, consumers risk being misled by products that are disguised as meat – but are not meat."

Green EU lawmaker Anna Strolenberg rejects that argument.

"A 'veggie burger' ban won't change anything for farmers," said the Dutch politician, who opposes the plan on the grounds that it would deprive consumers of useful information about what they are buying.

Her fellow Green lawmaker David Cormand called the debate a "publicity stunt" and an unwelcome "distraction" for parliament.

"In the meantime we are not dealing with the major issues facing the farm sector," he said.

  • Hit to German economy -

It is not the first time veggie burgers have found themselves in the crosshairs of European lawmakers.

A similar call to ban such terms was rejected in 2020.

But the balance of power has shifted since the 2024 European elections saw big gains by right-wing parties that cultivate close ties to the farm sector.

Imart says the new proposal is "in line with European rules", which already restrict the use of traditional dairy terms from "milk" to "yogurt" and "cheese".

"It's only fair to do the same for meat," she said.

That said, the boss of Imart's centre-right EPP party, Manfred Weber, told reporters Tuesday the proposed ban was "not at all a priority".

Nicolas Schweitzer, chief executive of the French brand La Vie, which supplies Burger King with plant-based "bacon", argues that the current labelling system "does not aim to harm farmers".

"It's just a simpler, more straightforward way for consumers to understand what is being offered, how they can cook it similarly, and for products to carry comparable nutritional information," he told AFP.

"These are products that tick all the boxes to address issues related to animal welfare, intensive farming, climate change," he said. "That should be encouraged, not made harder."

In Germany, the EU proposal has alarmed major supermarkets such asLidl and Aldi, which say banning "familiar terms" would make it "more difficult for consumers to make informed decisions".

What's more, it "would make it much more difficult for companies to sell their products", the groups said in a statement along with two dozen industry groups, including the plant-based burger firm "Beyond Meat".

They warned that as Europe's largest market for plant-based alternative products by far, Germany would be "particularly affected economically".

The debate is also stirring emotions in France, which passed a similar label ban in 2024 to appease angry farmers – only for it to be overturned the following January in line with a ruling by the EU's top court.

They want to label fake meat as real meat

Auburn promotes ā€˜queer criminology,' CRT with class targeting students from ā€˜privileged or conservative' backgrounds

Apryl Marie Fogel | 10.06.25

Students at Auburn University taking "Crime and Justice in America" are learning queer criminology, which includes lessons on radical gender ideology that contradict Alabama's definition of sex, critical race theory —the notion that the Black Lives Matter movement has been a positive influence on the nation and other progressive theories on race and racism. Of the course material reviewed, 100% were progressive with ideological talking points.

According to Auburn's course description, students will learn the "Distribution and measurement of crime, different variations in criminal behavior, and handling crime in the American criminal justice system."

An Auburn parent shared their student's experience with the class, saying their goal was not to hurt the university, adding, "I believe in Auburn and love it."

"We fully understand that divisive, Marxist lies are bad for our respective schools and students," the parent said before sharing copies of concerning reading assignments and quizzes used to reinforce with 1819 News. The parent, who asked not to be identified out of fear of repercussions for the student, described "an online class with this garbage masquerading as learning."

The required reading, as well as all quizzes and writing assignments, is taken from the book "Criminal (In)justice," by Aaron Fichtelberg.

In a letter from Fitchtelberg to professors using his book, he is clear about his views on politics and how he perceives conservative students.

"Many students, particularly those from privileged or conservative backgrounds, are deeply committed to the traditional values of criminal justice and are often very reluctant to abandon them," he said. "They believe that the police are almost always a force of law and order and that the criminal justice system generally does what's right when it comes to the 'bad guys.' Abandoning that worldview is uncomfortable and difficult for many students."

According to him, "The criminal justice system is a tool for maintaining an unequal, unjust social order."

The textbook shows students are being taught, "Critical race theory looks at how society, and in particular the criminal justice system, oppresses Black Americans and other racial and ethnic minority groups. American criminal justice has been one of the most effective tools at preventing Black Americans from succeeding in the United States. Clearly, the overpolicing and overincarceration of Black Americans, particularly young, Black men, help keep Black Americans below the federal poverty threshold and marginalized."

The concerned parent said, "I've read Voddie Baucham's book, 'Fault Lines,' so I understand that CRT is a Marxist ideology full of lies that seeks to divide the populace. Higher learning is supposed to be a pursuit of Truth. All sides can be presented and real data discussed in pursuit of the truth, but that is not what's happening in this class."

"This curriculum should be scrapped, and this professor investigated to see if she's engaging in a pattern of propagandizing her students instead of facilitating the pursuit of Truth," the parent explained.

There is a section devoted to "Queer Criminology," which includes a lesson based on radical gender ideology that seeks to undermine innate and biological sex differences. A question later appeared on a quiz that reinforced this lesson and its definitions.

The professor of the class at Auburn was featured just last week by the university in a social media post, which said, "Her research focuses on racial and ethnic disparities in federal drug sentencing and innovations in teaching and learning."

CEO of FPL defends company seeking highest shareholder profit in nation

Emily L. Mahoney

Tue, October 7, 2025 at 9:57 AM ED

Florida Power & Light President and Chief Executive Officer Armando Pimentel answers questions on the witness stand from Public Counsel Walt Trierweiler, pictured in the upper left corner, during a hearing before the Florida Public Service Commission in Tallahassee on Monday.

The chief executive of Florida Power & Light took the witness standMonday before utility regulators, testifying that the company’s request to hike rates by nearly $10 billion over the next four years is in the best interest of the Floridians it serves.

Armando Pimentel, president andCEO of the company, told regulators that its rate of profit, called a return on equity, must meet the expectations of its investors in order to keep the company on solid financial footing. Under the company’s proposal,Florida Power & Light shareholders would get the highest rate of profit of any electric utility company in the nation.

ā€œIf investors believe that a company should be getting a higher ROE (return on equity) than what they have just received, equity costs will go up and debt costs will go up,ā€ he said. ā€œWe have filed an 11.9% ROE. That’s what we think we deserve in this rate case.ā€

That percentage is higher than what either Duke Energy Florida or Tampa Electric’s shareholders are authorized to earn. Both are higher than the national average.

Pimentel’s testimony kicked off the first day of two weeks of scheduled hearings about Florida Power & Light’s rate proposal before the Public Service Commission. Base rates are a main driver of costs on electric bills, which also include additional fees for things like storm costs and the fuel burned in power plants. The commission, whose members are appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis, has the power to approve or deny utilities’ bids to raise the bills of their customers.

Saying the company expects roughly 350,000 new customers in the next four years, Pimentel also backed the utility’s proposal for a new tax mechanism. Consumer advocates have said the feeamounts to double-charging customers to pad profits, a characterization the company disputes.

In his answers to questions posed by lawyers, Pimentel acknowledged that with a similar fee in place, Florida Power & Light has earned near the very top of its allowable profit range for at least the past eight years. But he said the company still needs the new tax mechanism to guarantee its shareholder profits don’t dip too low, which would make it harder for the company to finance enhancements to the grid.

ā€œI will always provide safe and reliable service to our customers and I will do that at the lowest cost possible. But it won’t be at the lowest cost possible if I don’t look at the other side of the equation,ā€ Pimentel said. ā€œIf you disappoint investors, all else held equal, your share price goes down.ā€

Monday was the first time Florida Power & Light’s CEO took the witness stand in almost a decade. For years, the nation’s largest utility has settled its rate cases behind closed doors.

Man With 200 Explosives And Leftist Manifesto Arrested Outside Supreme Court Event At Church: Police

Two days after a Biden judge gave light sentence to attempted Kavanaugh assassin, church event historically attended by conservative justices targeted

By Luke Rosiak

Oct 7, 2025 DailyWire.com

Washington, D.C., police on Sunday arrested a man with hundreds of explosive devices outside a church holding a Mass in honor of the Supreme Court. The man had a manifesto that suggested he was targeting the Supreme Court and Catholics, according to court papers obtained by The Daily Wire.

Louis Geri, a 41-year-old from Arizona and New Jersey, was apprehended outside the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle on October 5, the same day the church held its annual ā€œRed Massā€ in which a cardinal prays for the high court as it embarks on a new term, and which is historically attended by justices.

Geri was occupying a green tent on the steps of the church when police attempted to clear the area in preparation for the Supreme Court event. He told police, ā€œYou might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives,ā€ according to an affidavit.

A member of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Bomb Squad then told him he needed to move because of a special event. He replied, ā€œI’m aware of that (referring to the Red Mass),ā€ police wrote, and threatened to throw a bomb into the street as a demonstration, adding, ā€œI have a hundred plus of them.ā€

Police said they would remove him against his will, and he replied, ā€œSeveral of your people are gonna die from one of these.ā€ With a lighter in one hand, he handed them nine pieces of paper that amounted to a manifesto entitled, ā€œWritten Negotiations for the Avoidance of Destruction of Property via Detonation of Explosives.ā€

The manifesto ā€œrevealed his significant animosity towards the Catholic church, members of the Jewish faith, members of SCOTUS and ICE/ ICE facilities,ā€ police wrote, indicating that the incident may be the latest in a string of left-wing domestic terrorism.

Geri ā€œthen shifted his right thumb over top of the butane lighter to initiate the lighting action and stated, ā€˜You better have these people step away or there’s going to be deaths.'ā€

Geri then left the tent to urinate on a tree and was apprehended by three officers, at which point he said he had a device in his pocket. A bomb squad technician located in his pocket ā€œa vial with a white cap, which contained yellow liquid inside, with an M-device taped to the exterior.ā€

After he was arrested, the bomb squad located ā€œa large cache of handmade destructive devicesā€ in the tent, police said. He was charged with: Unlawful Entry, Manufacture, Transfer, Use, Possession or Transportation of Molotov Cocktails, or other Explosives for Unlawful purposes, Threats to Kidnap or Injure a person, Assault on Police Officer x 2, Possession of Destructive Device, Manufacture or Possession of Weapon of Mass Destruction (Hate Crime) and Resisting Arrest.

On Monday, after reviewing the bombs more carefully, police filed an affidavit from a bomb technician saying ā€œthere were over 200 devices recovered from D-1’s tent. There was a strong smell of acetone emitting from some of the vials. Some of the liquid was determined to be Nitro Methane. The liquid appeared to be multiple chemicals mixed together, none in original containers … the devices appeared to be fully functional.ā€

Police said that in a jailhouse interview, Geri ā€œdescribed his devices as grenades and explosives containing Nitro Methane with a rubber band securing a fuse to be used for detonation. [He] also stated he planned to use the modified bottle rockets with the aluminum foil heads attached and treated in a Thermite solution to allow for his detonation of the devices from a distance.ā€

He is being held in jail without bond.

No justices attended the mass this year because of security concerns, according to the National Catholic Reporter – concerns which appear to have been justified. Last year, three justices, all conservative, attended: John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. In 2018, leftists were photographed protesting the mass with signs that said ā€œStop Kavanaugh,ā€ and referring to the false smear peddled by Democrat senators that Kavanaugh was a gang-rapist.…

The potential assassination of a large number of justices came just two days after a Joe Biden-appointed judge issued a lenient sentence to Nicholas Roske, who attempted to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022. In that case, Judge Deborah Boardman departed from sentencing guidelines by 22 years, sentencing Roske to just eight years insteadof the 30 years-to-life called for by sentencing guidelines.

James Comer Warns Trump Against Pardoning Jeffrey Epstein Associate: ā€˜I Would Strongly Discourage’ It

Michael Luciano

Oct 7th, 2025, 6:08 pm

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) warned President Donald Trump about pardoning convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.

Maxwell, a former associate of deceased child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, was sentenced to 20 years in a federal prison in 2022. Many Trump supporters hoped the president, who was friends with Epstein, would release all government files related to Epstein. However, the Department of Justice has declined to do so.

The Trump administration raised eyebrows over the summer when Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche – the president’s former attorney – interviewed Maxwell, who said she never observed Trump in wrongdoing. Shortly afterward, the government transferred Maxwell to a lower-security facility.

Comer appeared on Tuesday’s edition of The Lead on CNN, where host Jake Tapper played a clip of Trump being asked if he would consider a pardon or commutation for Maxwell.

ā€œYou know, I haven’t heard the name in so long,ā€ Trump claimed, despite being asked about Epstein and Maxwell for the entire summer. ā€œI can say this, that I’d have to take a look at it. I would have to take a look… I’d have to ask DOJ. I didn’t know they rejected it. I didn’t know she was even asking for it, frankly.ā€

In July, Trump correctly stated that he is ā€œallowedā€ to pardon Maxwell.

ā€œObviously, she’s been convicted for sex trafficking minors,ā€ Tapper said to Comer. ā€œWhat do you think? Should President Trump consider pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell?ā€

ā€œI do not think he should,ā€ the lawmaker replied. ā€œI’ve been very vocal about that.I’ve seen enough information thus far from the thousands of pages of documents that the Department of Justice has turned over, in addition to the documents that we subpoenaed from the estate, in addition to conversations that I’ve had with some of the victims of Epstein and Maxwell, that I can say with confidence, ==I would strongly discourage any type of pardon or

commutation of Maxwell.ā€==

(I 100% agree, she recruited the girls, she is not innocent, she is a victim that victimized 100s of other girls)

PRESS RELEASE

Social Media Provocateurs Charged with Threatening to Harm Federal Agent and His Wife

Tuesday, October 7, 2025

U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Georgia

ATLANTA – A federal grand jury has charged two out-of-state men with knowingly transmitting threats to injure a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportation officer and his wife.

ā€œFederal agents deserve to perform their duties free of harassment from keyboard warriors and other agitators,ā€ said U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg. ā€œThreatening law enforcement officers and their families is not only illegal—it’s disgusting. My office will ensure that anyone who threatens a federal agent in North Georgia, or who hides behind a computer screen to intimidate that agent’s immediate family, is found, arrested, prosecuted, and held accountable.ā€

ā€œThreats of violence against law enforcement officers and their families are not only reprehensible, but also a direct attack on the safety and integrity of our justice system,ā€ said Paul Brown, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. ā€œThese charges serve as a clear reminder that threats of this nature will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.ā€

According to U.S. Attorney Hertzberg, the charges, and other information presented in court:Frank Andrew Waszut allegedly posted a video on Instagram that identified and displayed photographs of an ICE deportation officerwho resides and works in the Northern District of Georgia. With those images on the screen, Waszut said: ā€œAnd he’s an ICE agent. This is him unmasked . . . . So, go ahead and make him famous. And if you see this [expletive] out in public give him the cell block one treatment. You know, catch him when he’s alone.ā€ ā€œCell block one treatmentā€ allegedly refers to subjecting a detainee to physical violence.

Similarly, Anthony Patrick Noto allegedly posted a comment on Instagram under the picture of the same deportation officer’s wife, with Noto saying: ā€œAnybody wanna test the sites [sic] on their new A-R? There’s a pretty good target right there!ā€ ā€œA-Rā€ refers to a semiautomatic rifle.

Noto, 63, of Ronkonkoma, New York, was taken into federal custody and arraigned on his federal indictment. Waszut, 41, of Knoxville, Tennessee, is currently in the custody of state law enforcement officials in Texas, where he has been charged for making separate terroristic threats against Republican lawmakers there. Both defendants were indicted by a federal grand jury on September 23, 2025.

Members of the public are reminded that the indictments only contain charges. The defendants are presumed innocent of the charges, and it will be the government’s burden to prove the defendants’ guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.

This case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Brent Alan Gray and Eric White are prosecuting the case.

Judge Poised to Free Abrego Garcia if Officials Can’t Supply Deportation Plans

The judge expressed exasperation at government lawyers’ failure to answer ā€œbasic questionsā€ or produce evidence during what she called a ā€œtopsy-turvy, inside-out day.ā€

Oct. 6, 2025

Updated 4:31 p.m. ET

A federal judge said on Monday that she was inclined to release Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man now being held in U.S. immigration custody after wrongfully being removed to El Salvador, if the federal government cannot quickly produce evidence it has plans to deport him soon.

At a hearing in Greenbelt, Md., Judge Paula Xinis of the U.S. District Court for Maryland expressed exasperation at Justice Department lawyers’ failure to answer ā€œbasic questionsā€ that could determine Mr. Abrego Garcia’s fate. She questioned whether the government was using a ā€œtrick bagā€ to detain him indefinitely by claiming he needed to remain in immigration custody because of an imminent deportation when in fact it had not solidified any such plans.

Judge Xinis said she was likely to give the government until Wednesday to respond. She granted government lawyers a 30-minute recess during the hearing to excavate proof, such as communications with foreign governments like requests for travel documents and coordination on potentially handing over Mr. Abrego Garcia. But all they had, the judge noted, were emails that Mr. Abrego Garcia’s lawyers received from the government notifying them that he would be deported to Eswatini, a small country in southern Africa formerly known as Swaziland.

When one of the government lawyers, Ernesto H. Molina, said he was not aware of more evidence but refused to concede that the government was not actively preparing Mr. Abrego Garcia’s deportation, Judge Xinis fired back.

ā€œThat’s just not a tenable position — either you have done it or you haven’t,ā€ the judge said, referring to preparations for Mr. Abrego Garcia’s deportation. ā€œI have asked you a direct question and you don’t have it. Then the answer is no. That’s how the court works.ā€

She added: ā€œIt is a real topsy-turvy, inside-out day.ā€

The hearing was just the latest twist in the topsy-turvy case of Mr. Abrego Garcia, who was living illegally in the United States but was protected from deportation to his native El Salvador under a 2019 immigration court ruling when the Trump administration deported him there anyway in what it admitted was an ā€œadministrative error.ā€ He spent months in prisons there before returning to the United States in June, weeks after the Supreme Court ordered Trump officials to facilitate his return.

Soon after his return, the administration brought criminal charges against him, claiming that Mr. Abrego Garcia had smuggled undocumented immigrants across the United States, an accusation that a federal judge in Nashville found likely to have stemmed from a vindictive prosecution.

After two judges ruled against Mr. Abrego Garcia’s continued detention for his criminal charges, the Trump administration had to release him in August, only to detain him again under Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody a few days later, initially claiming that it would deport him to Uganda.

But on Monday, the government said that ā€œthe only country that’s on the tableā€ was Eswatini, a country that had not guaranteed that it would not repatriate Mr. Abrego Garcia back to El Salvador, where he feared he would face threats to his life.

For weeks, Mr. Abrego Garcia has expressed interest in being deported to Costa Rica, a country that has promised legal residence and guaranteed that he would not be sent to El Salvador…

Eric Holder Says Democrats Should Make Packing And Rigging Supreme Court Part Of 2028 Platform

Harold Hutchison October 7, 2025

Eric Holder Says Democrats Should Make Packing And Rigging Supreme Court Part Of 2028 Platform

Former Attorney General Eric Holder said the next Democratic nominee for President should make ā€œreformā€ of the Supreme Court a major item in their 2028 platform.

Then-President Joe Biden proposed reforms to the Supreme Court in a July 2024 op-ed in the Washington Post, citing the court’s ruling in United States v. Trump that granted immunity from prosecution for a president’s official acts and claiming the reforms, including 18-year terms for Supreme Court justices, were necessary to ā€œstrengthen the guardrails of democracy.ā€ Holder said the conservative jurisprudence of the Supreme Court had to be stopped when former Democratic National Committee Chairman Jamie Harrison asked if Democrats should target the court in the next presidential race.

ā€œI think the Supreme Court has to be reformed, potentially, you know, expanded. We cannot simply allow this court to continue to do that which it has done,ā€ Holder responded.

ā€œThey don’t focus on precedent. They focus on personnel and by that, I mean, you know, they think, all right, we’ve got six votes and we can now do things that are inconsistent with precedent, long-term precedents that have been put in place to the detriment of our democracy,ā€ Holder claimed. ā€œTo the detriment of fairness, and that means political fairness as well as economic fairness. And so I think, yeah, that should be a part of whoever runs for president, Supreme Court [reform].ā€

Democrats have decried Supreme Court rulings on abortion, nationwide injunctions, the Second Amendment, restrictions on child sex changes and free expression in recent years.

In the Supreme Court’s term that ended July 1, 2024, in addition to ruling that presidents had immunity from prosecution for official acts, the Supreme Court also overturned what was known as the ā€œChevron doctrine,ā€ which required courts to defer to interpretations of law by regulatory agencies and ruled that fines imposed by administrative law judges violated the Seventh Amendment.

ā€œAt a minimum, I think that anybody who runs for president should say that I am for and will try to implement either by constitutional amendment or if there’s a statutory way to do it, term limits for people who serve on the Supreme Court,ā€ Holder told Harrison. ā€œIn my book that I wrote, I said that term limits of 18 years is enough. People shouldn’t be on the Supreme Court for 30, 40 years, become disconnected from the country that they’re supposed to serve. 18 years, it is enough for anybody to serve on Supreme Court and that has huge support, by Republicans, by Democrats, by independents. And so I think at a minimum, that should be a part of any Democratic party platform.ā€

Why isn’t Holder under investigation?

October 07, 2025 | Press Release

AttorĀney GenĀerĀal Ken PaxĀton LaunchĀes UnderĀcovĀer OperĀaĀtions to InfilĀtrate and Uproot LeftĀist TerĀror Cells in Texas After Increased PolitĀiĀcal Violence

In response to the political assassination of national hero Charlie Kirk and the disturbing rise of leftist violence across the country, Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched undercover investigations into various groups affiliated with left-wing political violence known to be operating in Texas.

ā€œLeftist political terrorism is a clear and present danger. Corrupted ideologies like transgenderism and Antifa are a cancer on our culture and have unleashed their deranged and drugged-up foot soldiers on the American people,ā€ said Attorney General Paxton. ā€œThe martyrdom of Charlie Kirk marks a turning point in America. There can be no compromise with those who want us dead. To that end, I have directed my office to continue its efforts to identify, investigate, and infiltrate these leftist terror cells. To those demented souls who seek to kill, steal, and destroy our country, know this: you cannot hide, you cannot escape, and justice is coming.ā€

The radical Left has incubated an environment where political violence is not only justified but celebrated and praised. In July, nearly two dozen armed leftists connected to various Texas-based Antifa-like groups ambushed an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ā€œICEā€) facility in Alvarado, Texas. On September 10, 2025, a leftist assassin connected to the radical transgender movement murdered Charlie Kirk because of Kirk’s bold support for truth, love of country, and unshakable faith. Two weeks later, another deranged leftist opened fire at an ICE facility in Dallas.

President Donald Trump has officially designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization and instructed his administration to ā€œutilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations — especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa.ā€ Building on President Trump’s bold actions, Attorney General Paxton has instructed his office to initiate sweeping investigations into radical leftist organizations engaged in or providing support to those performing political violence.
