Anyways just a guess in this aspect of things.

People take things now they want to in some respect of things. I do not claim to know everything but oddly someone knows my birth data they should look up his birth chart and mine and see how close they are in some aspects in ways.
They would laugh. I am not a fan of some political perspective ok. This is just how it is in these ways I do not claim to not understand or try to understand historical figures. This remains to be played out in ways so to speak. Scape goat or not but this is no matter as long as you are clear non your intentions and reman yourself.
