Note in legal context a lie detector test is not used in court it can be talked about or mentioned. However in this aspect there are some exceptions and almost immediate grounds to throw it out. Having birth complications that where documented and testing for dyslexia that was obviously a cause from this is 100% thrown out is the reality. They can motion all they want. This is why I think they are so far off on things. This wild speculation they keep doing and are all over the places which is only discredit things in this field in the future and their personal credibility by doing this. It is not that this can’t be used in some context maybe but it can’t stand alone by itself in this way.
I am well aware of all of this and know much more on the subject then people would maybe know themselves having wanted to learn why I learn different is all. This was to learn better not most of this was in college I did this in this aspect in my free time.
