The actual per person rates with these addons war spiffs equals to about $100k per living person. Do you know see, why these people have all the time in the world to plan, organize, and carry out crimes against humanity and the US? Because they do not have to work real jobs and have all the time in the world. This I am sure of, the rest have yet to wake up to this fact.
