Largely for people that do not read demographics the US military has a slightly larger African American population in it then the U.S. population by percentage. This is the last time I looked. If any population is less it is a hair less or Latino or Mexican then the population of ethic that is major group.
There is then more of other groups lumped in with not ethic likely like Native American India from India and Asian that are in this area so to speak it is where it is like people want it to be 1950 tv.
I feel this is really sad and disrespectful to most of all African American Services members. This is what I believe and I think even some may back me up on this as they do not want to be used as tokens likely for other people that are not even there ethic culture. This is where limited of things may make sense but I think that this is way beyond anything of this to the point it looks really bad in this way.
This where it is very obvious in this respect to them ok.
Most of all it seems woman seem more comfortable doing this as they have less exposure to work environment having likely the lowest of demographic in military in this way ethic and female. This is the reality you marginal smallest groups exploiting this but yet they are not even living in the work environment that the others are is all.
