Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States tries to intimidate man out of recording him in his duties in public, when man asks what the cops problem is, cop says "You". When asked why, cop says "because you're in a space you don't need to be" (PUBLIC) then the cop claims he has to get back 20 feet or be charged with interference, which is absolutely false and deprivation of rights under color of law. Supervisor sets him straight that there is no law that he has to get back 20 feet.

Cops make up bullshit laws that don't exist to FORCE their will on a free people and deny them their rights, the very definition of deprivation of rights under color of law, yet they're never charged for it. WHY?
