I know this is not always what people want to hear but judgment is mostly associated with Libra at this time when this was written it was the calendar used. This is something that is over looked “thrones” is like a resting place in this aspect being that it say this could mean the sun in Libra for time of some type of marker of things.
This time of year is normally the weighting at market as the season first is harvest was done so to speak.
It seems it talks of the age changes so to speak. Rather people believe this or not it is maybe a play on this to bring more meaning is all. If you actually understood that the last time an age really was changing it was in a time of society considered advanced for this period. So there was some ups and downs though likely less ups and downs hopefully in the future ok.
Anyways these are just things that I see here and there semi like the horn of plenty in November and “Capricorn” being the next month in line. So some of these things are more cycle things that people generally do not always understand so to speak I believe. They are afraid of what they do not well know in aspects.
