Why should an huge DS asset like Dominion get sold to Repub with an interest in election integrity? Seems like a miracle.

During 2020-2021 there were SEVERAL entities that seemed to hold a sizable chunk of Dominion Assets: Staple Street Capital, HSBC bank (Dominion patents) and USB AG (Swiss bank).

According to wikipedia just now (which doesn't seem to have an updated profile), its owners are still Staple Street Capital (76%), John Poulous (12%) [former CEO] and PennantPark Investment.
