Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States unlawfully detains man for recording the outside of a jail from public, claiming it's "suspicious" and that all he needs to detain is reasonable suspicion. WRONG, the cop needs REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION OF A CRIME and a constitutionally protected activity, such as recording in public, cannot lawfully be turned into RAS of a crime. The cop violated his 1st and 4th amendment rights, which is a federal crime under 18 USC 242. Cops do this type of thing all the time, so why are they never charged?
