How old is that helicopter, it's possible, metal fatigue. In the military, that part gets removed and put through NDI (Non Destructive Inspection) on a schedule. That catches physical issues it won't catch fatigue.
They'll do an investigation, if it's poor maintenance or just critical maintenance, we'll find out. Unless it's another fed snuffing someone then, let the lies begin.
Did he just blast his helicopter cross country from L.A.? Unless they find a maintenance issue, I'm calling fatigue failure.
