right at the bridge that crosses over PCH at beach… palm trees stopped it from hitting the ground.. three on ground hurt and two pulled from chopper

i think the rotor stopped spinning before it even got close to the bridge, it wouldve never been allowed to fly that close to the bridge in first place so most likely already in distress
