How could this be a coincidence? Given that we know the password to some of Q's previous trips, how could this occur without Q being able to have tripcodes inserted in the metadata used for Google searches?

How could different publishers just decide "hey, lets put Q trip in our metadata".

More likely this is an insertion into Google books through NSA/backdoor, agreement with Google/Google insider, or hack.
