Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States unlawfully uses pepper spray for passive resistance, which is excessive force and a violation of the 4th amendment.

>Using pepper spray for passive resistance is generally considered excessive force and is often prohibited, as it is reserved for active, violent threats. Courts have found that using pepper spray on passively resisting individuals is an excessive use of force. The reasoning is it is a form of torture that can not be "turned off" once compliance is achieved. It's use is only for active violent threat.

Domestic Enemies to the Constitution of the United States think they can trespass a journalist for recording in a pubic area of a public building.

News flash you fucking morans, a "no recording policy" in a publicly accessable area of a publicly owned building is null and void. A publicly accessible area of a publicly owned facility during normal hours, including libraries and even federal buildings as Homeland Security has reminded, IS ALWAYS THE PROPER TIME AND PLACE to record for press purposes and is constitutionally protected. Your policies WILL NOT, DO NOT, and CAN NOT trump the rights of the people to record in pubic areas of public buildings, and you CAN NOT trespass for a constitutionally protected activity. Those who deprive and step on the rights of the people are DOMESTIC ENEMIES TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES and should be treated as such.

The SERVANTS were meant to work the garden their master planted, not take it over and hide in darkness from their master in shame.

Do some people get money for kids? Are you sure they ever really existed?

I'm not saying it never happens, but many here are confusing symbolism for reality. Symbolism such as the "giants on the earth" who consumed their fellow man and children (think their energy) and mighty hunters on the earth, men of renown.

What's a banker? What's a law-man?

Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States tries to order first amendment auditor to take his hands out of his pockets. It's not about safety, it's about ego and control and it's an unlawful order and deprivation of rights under color of law, a federal crime.

In order to give a LAWFUL order for a person to remove their hands from their pockets, a cop must have Reasonable Articulable Suspicion that you have committed, are committing, or are about to commit a crimeANDthat you are armed and dangerous. A cop CANNOT make this demand during a simple, consensual conversation; the command is a form of detention under the law and therefor a violation of the 4th amendment without RAS.

Disgraced former State Trooper/Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States calls 911 on journalist doing a 100% lawful "knock and talk", tells 911 "I have a gun and I'm going to go shoot him" then confronts him gun in hand, and spits in his face trying to illicit a reaction for justification to shoot him. This is Menacing, Assault with bodily fluids, and Criminal Use of a Firearm. He committed felonies. What did the state charge their buddy with?

Disorderly conduct.

There is no equal justice equal protection under the law in these Tyrannical States of America.

I'm well aware of the 10th amendment, now familiarize yourself with the bill of rights, pay special attention to the 9th amendment and also read the 14th amendment. No state can lawfully make or enforce any law that violates the peoples rights, even unenumerated rights, which are powers reserved to the people, who formed those states, and their rights limit state powers. The federal government has authority to force the states to obey the peoples rights. The people have the power to force the states to obey the peoples rights. The people have the power to force the feds to obey their rights. The people have the power, but not over the unalienable rights of others.

Now tell me again how exactly you think a "Policy" trumps the 1st amendment right of the people to record in a publicly accessible area of a publicly owned building.

Just because you claim my WELL RECOGNIZED AND ESTABLISHED RIGHT UNDER US LAW is not my right doesn't mean you're correct, but it does mean you are an enemy to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents.

State and federal governments are lawless and have been violating the US Constitution and the peoples rights for many decades, but our rights still exist. Why do you think I point out that those prop up and protect lawless government are in fact domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States, whether they actively violate rights or work as a desk jockey.
