Portland's yearly 'Naked Bike Ride' has stopped in front of the ICE building. Numerous very young children are with them.
What looked like a fire engine briefly blocked the street in front of the ICE building before being forced to leave by Portland Police. It's apparently not a real fire engine, but from the 'Wold On Fire Department'. Their site says, "PEST (People’s Equipment Supply Team), founded in 2016, supports ecological and social justice movements in practical, hands-on ways."
