I'm just using ffmpeg on the command line, it's all I use other than maybe throwing a vid into something that'll let me figure out start and end points for clips and then I'll bust out the -ss and -t switches. IIRC videos have a 16MB limit and everything else, pics and pdfs are all 15MB.
