New right-wing party launched in EU state

During the inaugural ceremony, Spanish anti-establishment influencer Alvise Perez called for a mass deportation campaign targeting illegal migrants

New right-wing party launched in EU state

A new right-wing, anti-establishment party has entered Spain’s political landscape, with prominent influencer Alvise Perez at its helm. The outspoken MEP had previously criticized the European Union’s support for Ukraine, describing its conflict with Russia as being of little importance to his country.

The launch ceremony for ‘Se Acabó la Fiesta’ (The Party is Over) took place in Madrid on Sunday, marking the official transformation of what had been an electoral group into a party.

According to the organizers, some 5,000 people turned up for the inaugural rally, with Perez outlining the party’s goal as taking part in the 2027 general elections with a view to ending the “corrupt party system” in Spain.

The YouTuber pledged to carry out the “largest mass deportation of immigrants in recent Spanish history,” if voted into power, arguing that the “streets are no longer safe” in the country.

On top of that, Perez promised that hewould take his cue from Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele and create a “mega-prison” for repeat offenders that would feature no “gyms and swimming pools.”

The influencer-turned-politician also called for tougher penalties for corrupt officials and lower taxes for families with children and people on low incomes.

To tackle “electoral fraud,” which, according to the party leadership, plagues the Spanish political system, ‘The Party is Over’ intends to introduce a “new software powered by Artificial Intelligence” to conduct an alternative vote count.

Speaking back in March, Alvise voiced strong opposition to the EU’s military aid to Ukraine, warning that such policies could lead to a Third World War.

“I don't want a single Spanish life to be lost in a war that isn’t ours,” he clarified at the time.

There already exists a major right-wing party in Spain named Vox. Founded in 2013, it has seen steady gains in successive elections since. In July, the party vowed to deport eight million illegal migrants if elected into power.

In recent years, right-wing parties have been on the rise in multiple EU countries, including Germany, Italy and France.

Palestinian issue isn’t resolved – Lavrov

The final settlement would require a two-state solution, Russia’s foreign minister has said

US President Donald Trump’s peace plan for Gaza is “the best thing on the table” at the moment, but it does not fully solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

Hamas has released all 20 surviving hostages taken by the group during its incursion into Israel two years ago, and West Jerusalem has begun to free 2,000 Palestinian prisoners as part of Trump’s 20-point roadmap to end the Gaza war.

The US president has arrived in Israel for the event. Addressing the country’s national legislature, the Knesset, he said that the swap marked the beginning of “the golden age of the Middle East.”

Speaking about Trump’s plan with the Arabic media on Monday, Lavrov said that Russia has “repeatedly assessed [it] as the best thing on the negotiating table at the moment.”

It is essential “to stop the bloodshed as soon as possible and resolve the grave humanitarian problems” in Gaza, he said.

However, the minister noted that “of course, the Palestinian issue is not resolved by this.”

He stressed that Trump’s plan mainly focuses on the situation in Gaza, while only addressing the Palestinian statehood in the most general terms.

The United States and Israel were two of only ten countries which flatly rejected a two-state solution at last month’s UN General Assembly meeting; the others included Tonga, Palau, Nauru and Micronesia.

The final settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict would require “the creation of a single, territorially integral Palestinian state within the 1967 borders” in line with the relevant UN Security Council resolutions, Lavrov said.

Moscow remains committed to the two-state solution to the crisis, he added.

Trump’s plan acknowledges self-determination and statehood as “the aspiration” of the Palestinian people, but says that “the conditions [for it] may finally be in place… while Gaza re-development advances and when the PA [Palestinian authority] reform program is faithfully carried out.”

The State of Palestinian is currently supported by 157 out of the 193 members of the UN. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said repeatedly that the Palestinian state “will never happen.”

Israel launched its military operation in Gaza in response to a Hamas attack in which 1,200 people were killed and 250 others were taken hostage in October 2023. The scale of the Jewish State’s response, which has claimed more than 67,000 lives and left almost 170,000 wounded according to the local health authorities, has compelled a wellspring of support, increasing the number of states recognizing Palestine.

End of conflict with Russia ‘near at hand’ – ex-Ukrainian PM

Yulia Timoshenko has previouslyclaimed she was contacted by the Trump administration about replacing Vladimir Zelensky

The conflict between Kiev and Moscow could soon come to an end, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko has claimed.

Speaking in a radio interview on Saturday, the veteran politician and leader of the Batkyvshchina (Fatherland) party said she was optimistic about the outcomebut declined to provide details.

“Knowing certain information, I believe the end of the war is near at hand. We all hope for it and are working toward that,” Timoshenko said.

Timoshenko, who served as prime minister from 2007 to 2010,built her early political career in Ukraine’s energy sector, earning the nickname “gas princess.” In 2011, she was sentenced to prison for abuse of power but was released after the Western-backed 2014 coup in Kiev.

According to a Politico report from March,Timoshenko was among several Ukrainian politicians supposedly contacted by the administration of US President Donald Trump to discuss potential successorsto Vladimir Zelensky, whose presidential term expired last year. She publicly voiced support for Zelensky following the report.

Russian forces currently maintain the initiative on the battlefield, bolstered by superior manpower and capabilities. Ukraine’s position has further deteriorated amid escalating mutual long-range strikes that have caused extensive damage to the country’s power grid –attacks Moscow says are aimed at disrupting arms production.

Zelensky’s government continues to appeal for advanced Western weapons, including US-made Tomahawk cruise missiles, claiming they could change the course of the conflict. Similar expectations were previously tied to other Western systems such as HIMARS launchers, ATACMS ballistic missiles, Storm Shadow cruise missiles, and F-16 fighter jets, none of which have produced the turnaround Kiev hoped for.

Trump demands investigation into ‘Ukraine impeachment scam’

The US president has also accused the former vice chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, of dishonesty and corruption

US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he hopes the “necessary authorities” are looking into Democratic Senator Adam Schiff for being “dishonest and corrupt.” The California lawmaker led two investigations into Trump in 2019 and 2021.

During Trump’s first term, House Democrats impeached him twice – first in December 2019 for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, and again in January 2021 for incitement of insurrection following the January 6 Capitol riot.

Back then, Schiff was a member of the House of Representatives that investigated the cases.

“The Ukraine Impeachment (of me!) Scam was a far bigger Illegal Hoax than Watergate. I sincerely hope the necessary authorities, including CONGRESS, are looking into this!”Trump wrote on social media.

Kremlin investment aideKirill Dmitriev has called the US president’s statement important, adding that“Ukraine also hid [ex-President Joe] Biden’s corruption and campaigned” against Trump and his vice president, J.D. Vance.

Dmitriev recently said that Biden provoked the Ukraine conflict to hide his family’s corrupt dealings, commenting on a set of CIA documents declassified by the agency’s director, John Ratcliffe. According to those, in 2016 Biden asked the CIA to cover up a report about his family’s alleged business dealings in Ukraine.

According to CNN sources, the Trump administration is looking into charging Schiff with mortgage fraud, which he has denied.

Under the US Constitution, the House of Representatives can impeach the president by a simple majority vote. If that happens, the Senate then holds a trial. Conviction and removal from office requires a two-thirds vote in the Senate – a threshold not met in either of Trump’s previous impeachments.

Israeli Knesset Welcomes President Trump with Massive Standing Ovation and Blaring Trumpets

October 13, 2025 | Sundance |

The government of Israel is smartly leveraging all of their political will and praise to build influence with President Trump as he becomes the fulcrum, the Solomon of sorts, for the future of Gaza and all that follows.

On the other side of this precarious balance, comes the expectations of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Syria, Jordan and the entire Mideast region.

Only President Donald Trump is big enough for this moment of consequence. The geopolitical pressure from both sides of this generational inflection point cannot be overestimated.

Only U.S. President Donald Trump is significant enough to bear the responsibility and pressure of this moment. It is a remarkable testimony to a lifetime of steps that has brought him to this moment.

We are watching history….. And for that reason, the trumpets.

China Walks Back Export Control Announcement – USTR Jamieson Greer Explains

October 13, 2025 | Sundance

China holds a monopolistic level of control on the industrial processing of rare earth minerals. The minerals themselves are not rare; it’s the processing of them into refined elements used in industrial electronic component manufacturing that gives China power.

The U.S. and China hold a current trade agreement saying, essentially, we will remain steady with the baseline tariffs in exchange for Beijing maintaining a consistent policy on the export of processed rare earth magnets and minerals. The announcement of export controls by Beijing violated the terms of that trade agreement, and President Trump responded by announcing an additional retaliatory tariff of 100%, effective November 1st.

China then sent a clarification statement saying current licensing and trade agreements would be honored. On his flight to Israel, President Trump said, “I think I know what happened, I know what happened” and downplayed the trade action. U.S Trade Representative Jamieson Greer gives some background. ShinyHunters Leak Alleged Data from Qantas, Vietnam Airlines and Other Major Firms(computer anons this is almost unbelievable)

ShinyHunters and its affiliate hackers have leaked data from 6 firms, including Qantas and Vietnam Airlines, after claiming to breach 39 companies via a Salesforce vulnerability.

October 13, 2025

5 minute read

On October 3, 2025, Hackread.com published an in-depth report in which hackers claimed to have stolen 989 million records from 39 major companies worldwide by exploiting a Salesforce vulnerability. The group demanded that Salesforce and the affected firms enter negotiations before October 10, 2025, warning that if their demands were ignored, they would release the entire dataset.

The hackers, identifying themselves as “Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters,” a collective said to combine elements of Scattered Spider, Lapsus$, and ShinyHunters, have now published data allegedly belonging to 6 of the 39 targeted companies.

The companies named in the leak are as follows:

Fujifilm

GAP, INC.

Vietnam Airlines

Engie Resources

Qantas Airways Limited

Albertsons Companies, Inc.

ShinyHunters Leak Alleged Data from Qantas, Vietnam Airlines and Other Major Firms

Leaked databases (Credit: Hackread.com)

What’s In The Data

While the impacted companies are the only ones who can verify the breach, Hackread.com has carried out an in-depth analysis of the leaked data, and it looks legitimate. In all 6 leaks, the record contains personal details of customers, business, including email addresses, full names, addresses, passport numbers, phone numbers,

Qantas Airways Limited

The dataset allegedly leaked from Qantas Airways Limited is substantial in size, weighing in at 153 GB. The files are in JSON format and reportedly contain over 5 million records. The data was published on October 10, 2025, and marked as public by the threat actors.

This dataset combines personally identifiable information (PII) with customer loyalty and internal business data, making it a serious exposure if authentic. Here’s what the leaked data contains:

Gender

Country

Full name

Date of birth

Points balance

Currency used (AUD)

Frequent flyer number

Frequent flyer join and anniversary dates

Title or salutation (for example, Mrs, Mr)

Frequent flyer tier and status credits

Phone numbers (main, alternate, home, business, mobile)

Email addresses (primary, alternate, business, home)

Account creation and modification timestamps

Mailing address details (city, postal code, latitude, longitude, etc.)

Account or customer ID numbers (internal Salesforce and Qantas IDs)

Profile preferences (for example, meal, seat, marketing preferences, newsletters)

Membership and loyalty details (bronze tier, expiry, status credits till next level)

Internal CRM fields (OwnerId, RecordTypeId, CreatedBy, etc.)

Links to internal reports and templates (for example, “QCC Frequent Flyer Report”, “QCC Lounges Report”)

Customer notes and remarks fields

Geolocation data (latitude and longitude of mailing address)

Activity and contact tracking metadata (last modified, last viewed, etc.)

Internal flags and status indicators (HasOptedOutOfEmail, DoNotCall, Active, Sensitive_Contact, etc.)

It is worth noting that in July 2025, the company confirmed a major data breach connected to a third-party vendor but did not disclose its name at the time.

Vietnam Airlines

Vietnam Airlines’ dataset is reported to be 63.62 GB, also in JSON format, with more than 23 million records. Like the others, it was made public on October 10, 2025. The release, if authentic, represents one of the larger leaks attributed to this round of breaches.

These record includes both personally identifiable information (PII) and corporate account data, along with internal airline CRM fields and loyalty program identifiers such as the frequent flyer number. Here is a list of the types of data contained in the Vietnam Airlines record:

Age

Gender

Full name

Phone number

Currency used

Email address

Frequent flyer number

Date of birth and year of birth

Owner and system metadata

Internal account and contact IDs

Business or cargo-related fields

Account type and record classification

Corporate or business role information

Corporate and tax information fields

Company-related email and phone fields

Last travel and travel-related tracking fields

Country and city fields (though some are blank)

Residential address (street and partial location details)

Albertsons Companies, Inc.

this is only a small portion of the hacked companies

Stocks claw back more than half of Friday’s rout after Trump softens China stance, Dow rises 600 points: Live updates

Alex Harring

Stocks surged on Monday, rebounding from Friday’s sell-off after President Donald Trump said trade relations with China “will all be fine.”The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 613 points, or 1.4%, which equates to around 70% of its Friday loss. The S&P 500 climbed 1.6%, on track to retrace about 60% of its prior decline. The Nasdaq Composite popped 2.2% as beat-down technology stocks led the bounce.

Oracle rallied more than 5%, while AMD and Nvidia rose around 1% and 3%, respectively. Broadcom surged 10% after making its partnership with OpenAI officialon Monday morning.

Those moves come after Trump’s Truth Social post on Sunday suggested to investors the president may not follow through on his threat to post a “massive increase of tariffs” on China. That comment on Friday brought the U.S. trade war with China back to the fore, and sent stocks tumbling in a rout that wiped out $2 trillion in market value.

“Don’t worry about China, it will all be fine! Highly respected President Xi just had a bad moment. He doesn’t want Depression for his country, and neither do I,” Trump wrote. “The U.S.A. wants to help China, not hurt it.”

Vice President JD Vance echoed those sentiments over the weekend. He told Fox News that the U.S. will negotiate if Beijing is “willing to be reasonable,” though he added that the U.S. has “far more cards” if not.

“The underlying tensions and uncertainty remain, and we still don’t think an all-encompassing deal is anywhere close, but this tamps down concerns about the risk of 100% tariffs or disruptive export controls while talks continue,” said Tobin Marcus, head of U.S. policy at Wolfe Research. “Trump seems to be telling investors they can safely buy the dip, and given their track record this year of doing so even when it seemed risky, we expect markets will accept this invitation.”

Broad market recovery

All three major averages ended last week in the red. The S&P 500′s drop on Friday alone was its largest since April, when the stock market was still reeling from the shock of Trump’s initial tariff announcement.

But the recent statements could encourage investors to return to the market after Friday’s sell-off, especially in technology names that got hit with the worst of the selling. Many tech companies rely on rare earths from China for the manufacture of semiconductors and electric vehicles, among other goods.

Around four out of every five S&P 500 components traded higher on Monday, signaling a broad-based recovery. Small-cap stocks also joined in, with the Russell 2000 jumping more than 2.5% after finishing Friday down 3%.

Despite Monday morning’s bounce, the market is facing other concerns. The government shutdown is stretching into a new week as a major payrolls deadline looms on Oct. 15.

Earnings season kicks off this week. Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Group, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley are due out with their results Tuesday and Wednesday. Several regional banks are also set to post their quarterly results. The bond market was closed Monday due to the Columbus Day holiday.

“The bark will be way worse than bite,′ Ives says

President Donald Trump’s threats should be stronger than any actual policy changes when all is said and done, according to prominent technology analyst Dan Ives.“We believe the bark will be way worse than bite here,”Wedbush’s Ives wrote to clients in a Sunday note.

Ives said Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping should still meet in the next few weeks despite Trump saying there was no longer reason to. Ives said the market overhang tied to Trump’s Nov. 1 tariff date should “ultimately be removed.”

The analyst noted that tech stocks led the sell-off and helped bring the market “back to the dark days of April,” when Trump’s tariff policy caused major declines.
