When Stewart was in charge at DIA, you had to enter you SSN to register and apply for work there. Blacklisted IC received an instant "error" message ="Not eligible for employment". The SSN issue has been fixed, but the blacklisting of those who were told to do something illegal and refused remains firmly in place. The magic damning is to be accused of "racism" for refusing to follow an illegal order to do something criminal and unethical.
