What was the decision?
POTUS using the Separate but Equal COMMS when discussing the Ukraine/Russia potential meeting sites and such…(Faux Nooz a few mins ago- recorded yesterday, I believe)
However, that verbiage relates back specifically to segregation. See pic.
Is this about the Prop 50 emergency redistricting for blacks?

What's going on with Kraft?
First he's caught n a massage parlor, then the judge orders the videos destroyed. Now he's been honored at the Alfred Award Thingy for his philanthropy?
Is this guy scum or was he being blackmailed (now freed)?
Kraft, 79, and others were charged in February 2019 in a multicounty investigation of massage parlors that included the secret installation of video cameras in the spas' lobbies and rooms. Police said the recordings show Kraft and other men engaging in sex acts with women and paying them.
Police said they recorded Kraft, a widower, paying for sex acts at the Orchids of Asia spa on consecutive days in January 2019. Kraft pleaded not guilty but issued a public apology for his actions.

President Trump and I will always stand by law enforcement, and we are keeping our promise to always support them by making sure they are paid during the Democrats’ shutdown.
More than 70,000 sworn law enforcement officers across DHS including those serving in CBP, ICE, Secret Service, Air Marshals and other critical mission areas will be paid for all hours worked during the shutdown period.
By Wednesday, October 22, law enforcement officers will receive a “super check” –which covers the 4 days lost, their overtime, and their next pay period.
Thank you to our brave law enforcement. Make America Safe Again!

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has argued that judicial precedent, or stare decisis, should not be treated as unassailable doctrine, advocating for judges to depart from prior rulings that lack robust legal grounding. His stance, which challenges the automatic adherence to precedent, has sparked debate over the stability of established legal protections.
Thomas’s remarks gained renewed attention as the Court announced it would consider cases involving tariffs, transgender rights, campaign finance, religious liberty, and capital punishment in its 2025–26 term, potentially reshaping significant legal frameworks.
Thomas emphasized a critical approach to precedent, stating, “I don’t think that I have the gospel—that any of these cases that have been decided are the gospel—and I do give perspective to the precedent.”
