I guaran-FREAKING-tee you, what Bolton was doing, sending class material over an unsecure 'private' 'personal' email account, this is EXACTLY how Hillary and Joe Biden were trafficking in classified information they were selling.
You use an email pass through.
It's digital.
You just make sure as the classified information is 'passing through' from the first email account #1 to account #2, that the foreign entity is hacked in and in position to intercept it. You merely have to pass it over an UNENCRYPTED, UNSECURE CHANNEL and make sure the people who are going to pay big $$$ for that classified info are in position to grab as it goes by.
