It’s built Into the UCC that by so adding on your rights you do not give Tasit approval. You can just quote UCC 1-309 old (1-207)
I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally. And further more I do not accept the compelled benefits of any undisclosed agreement or contract.
