this is a CIVIL Racketeering case NOT DOJ

 

it is possible however that the private CIVIL plaintiffs hoped for a DOJ involvement that would cement their case

 

just like where a guy is prosecuted for a crime (beyond reasonable doubt) then the civil plaintiff has a cake walk - no proof of liability only damages

 

So here is the possible connection

 

RR weighed in and/or even investigated these facts at urging of plaintiffs and their connected LEO and found no grounds for DOJ action

 

do not know where this might be found but IF this is the case Q referred to then the search is DOJ records NOT court records
