Igor Pasternak was born in the Kazakhstan area of the former Soviet Union. He founded a company, Aeros Ltd, which began producing aerostats and blimps. By 1986 he had developed airships (tethered) to be used for marketing. But by 1994, he had immigrated to the US.After his move to the US, he founded Worldwide Aeros Corp (WAC) in Montebello, CA. Of course everything is easier with government money. By 2015, the US House of Representatives had set up a bipartisan Cargo Airship Caucus to accelerate the development of new technology. As a side note, the founding congressional member of the Cargo Airship Caucus was Bradley James Sherman of the 24th/27th/32nd California District. He is a Russian Jewish descendant. Sherman is from the LA area where Pasternak would end up moving his business.
So of course with government money available, all the usual players are interested (archive.is/unhS5) in airships…Eventually Pasternak moved his business to a former Navy base just south of Los Angeles. Why? Why would you give up a large open air area in Northern California to move down to Los Angeles, one of the most crowded airspaces in the US? Well, it just so happens that ‘coincidentally’ Pasternak moved into Adam Schiff’s district
It’s interesting to note that Pasternak was involved in Ukraine in 2014 at the time of the Soros’ funded revolution.
You might be asking yourself where you’ve heard Pasternak’s name before…well he surfaced in the Russia/Ukraine gate scandal during the Trump administration. He likes to use his DC brownstone for DNC fundraiser for people like Schiff and Pelosi. He has ties to Soros, Kerry and VP Biden. Alexandra Chalupa was used as a go between during the fall of 2016 and on into 2017 for many DNC and Pasternak connections.
What we didn’t know at that time was Pasternak’s company has a subsidiary, NADATS, which is a division of AEROS. NADATS was selling arms to Ukraine (and other countries) while funding, hosting Democrats election efforts. NADATS offers armed blips and surveillance towers with ITAR controlled thermal cameras and personnel tracking radar packages. According to NADATS website, they do business in Asia (counter insurgency); Caribbean (smuggling interdiction); US (forward operating defense and border security/monitoring) and in Central America (critical infrastructure surveillance). Asia? I wonder if that is China?
What I’ve come to realize with companies like this is they are doing the exact opposite of what they advertise they’re doing. For example, I wonder if this company would be involved in monitoring the Caribbean to ensure drug runners don’t get caught as opposed to helping law enforcement. Same with their efforts along the border and in Asia where much of the drugs originate. In addition, in 2019 NADATS was being accused by officials in Ukraine, of providing airships that did not work properly. They were being investigated by the General Military Prosecutor’s office in Ukraine. This is around the same time the Ukraine issue blew up during Trump’s administration.
It was Adam Schiff, back in 2013-4, that insisted on giving Ukraine large amounts of aid (yes, he knowingly supported funding his campaign fund raiser with taxpayer’s dollars as a Ukrainian defense contractor). In 2015 $75M package was funded by Congress which included humvees and surveillance technology (yes, NADATS technology). Six months later Pasternak’s company issues a press release announcing a joint venture with Ukraine using Pasternak’s elevated early warning systems. Next, there’s an announcement of Ukraine buying Pasternak’s airships using taxpayer’s money. In 2017, he partners with UkrOboronServis to produce M16s. It must be noted, that prior to 2013, Adam Schiff never mentioned Ukraine. But after the fundraising assistance, everything changed for Adam. By Jan 2017 Ukraine was announcing they were making M16 rifles in Ukraine for American/NATO troops. It’s also important to point out California National Guard has a formal partnership with Ukraine and has since 1993.
