I'm going gun shopping in the near future; not sure what I'm gonna get but probably another shotgun to keep my 870 company.
I'm also looking for a German Shepherd puppy.
Usually I adopt seniors (and I'm happy to adopt a middle-aged or senior German Shepherd Dog) but we've lost two seniors this month, with a third on her way out, because they were roughly the same age when we got them (six years ago) and then all three got sick and old at the same time.
So next dog will be a German Shepherd puppy, so we have someone with good teeth to keep the bad guise away or, at a minimum, keep 'em busy while we rack the shotguns.
