There are some hand signs I am confident about and some I am not - the more common the gesture, the harder to know who is making a sign and who is not.
That being said - the "fingers" crossed position is definitely on my WTF list… and 8/10 times, it's usually a dirtbag doing it.
As with any gesture, there are always those that just happen to be innocently doing it…. but keep an eye out for one - like everything else - it's only one clue to who is a POS… not everyone who does it is a POS…. but if they are doing it…. it's worth looking at them a little harder.
Also just like the "glasses adjustment" ask yourself - why does the press consistently photograph and publish this particular pose…. and how SMUG is the person that is doing it?
