This could apply to Republicans like Ryan or McConnell, unfortunately I didn't see any of them during the "USA" chants. It's hard for me to believe that this could apply to people like Flake or Corker.

On the Democrat side I saw Warren and Harris standing, but it's hard for me to believe that they were also chanting and I don't think Q was referring to them.
